Leadership

I believe leadership is choosing responsibility when you see potential and having the courage to develop and grow it.

Culture

I believe culture is the unwritten rules that guide your actions and decisions. It makes or breaks organizations

Development

I believe in the human ability to grow. The more we learn and develop, the brighter our future becomes.

Well-Being

I believe well-being is an under-discussed but driving factor in our ability to flourish as a community.

My Story

I help individuals, teams, and organizations build resilient, purpose-driven leadership. As an ACC – credentialed International Coaching Federation (ICF) coach, I bring evidence-based practices, real-world experience, and a grounded, relational approach to help clients clarify who they are, what they’re doing and why that matters, so then can lead with impact they desire.

My coaching is informed by ongoing research on human flourishing, emotional intelligence, applied positive psychology, and high-performing teams. I operate under the ICF’s Code of Ethics. I partner with clients to ask powerful questions, encourage self awareness, and support actionable growth helping them translate insight into real-world leadership impact.

Leadership, to me, is not a title or a schedule, it’s choosing a way of life. It’s rooted in character, intentional behavior, and commitment to others. True leadership cultivates a culture where people can contribute their strengths, engage meaningfully, and achieve shared success. When leadership development is prioritized, engagement rises, retention improves, and both teams and communities thrive.

I bring a breadth of experience across industries including hospitality, construction, sports marketing, food service, event management, and outdoor coaching. I’ve learned that the principles of effective leadership are universal: clarity of what you believe in, alignment to your purpose, and intentional actions that build trust, empower people, and drive results.

I have founded and co-owned two businesses, including a mountain bike coaching venture, where I honed leadership skills in strategy, operations, and team development. These experiences taught me how to navigate complex challenges, balance multiple roles, and deliver high-quality results while learning from setbacks and successes alike.

Beyond professional leadership, I am deeply committed to my community. I mentor and coach youth, young adults, and professional groups through volunteer roles, and I am actively involved in Vail Valley Mountain Trails Alliance (VVMTA) Ladies Trail Crew and local Search and Rescue. These experiences allow me to practice the leadership I teach: being an anchored, reliable presence who uplifts and supports others.

I am a Soul Dirt ambassador, leading mountain bike groups in English and Spanish to encourage connection with each other and the outdoors while promoting growth, courage, and a life of adventures.

I enjoy exploring the mountains with my husband Ernest and our close-knit community of friends, embracing adventure as a source of play, connection, and joy. If not on a trail, you’ll find me in my garden, with my nose in a book, or in my kitchen!
