“The Community Circle was a space that I didn’t realize I needed. The genuine support without judgment, the ability to reflect deeply about my values on personal and professional level, and the chance to hear other women’s stories left me feeling valued, seen, and stronger than I was before. Hailee does an incredible job creating a space for community engagement, open conversations, and offers tools that can positively affect your well-being. It’s impacted me deeply in a way that’s hard to explain in a few sentences, but I’d highly recommend this experience to anyone that is looking to share, listen, grow, and learn.”

“Hailee is an excellent congregator, community organizer, and leader of women, not to mention an amazing chef among her many talents! I was glad to take part in the Community Circle Pilot program that she led, as I learned more about myself and how to frame and focus my goals and values in both my personal and professional life.
Alexandra Kluttz,
She led awesome, thought-provoking sessions and created a safe space for us all to be genuine and vulnerable while also holding us accountable for our own growth and reflection.”

“Participating in Community Circles pilot program was an incredibly enriching experience. Hailee’s adeptness at fostering a welcoming environment and establishing individual connections with the participants underscores her proficiency as a facilitator. The sessions were thoughtfully curated and structured, yet flexible enough to adapt as needed. I felt at ease expressing my thoughts and perspectives openly, knowing they would be met with understanding and respect. The insights and perspectives I gained during these sessions continue to be invaluable as I navigate my personal and professional challenges with newfound clarity and resilience. The most significant highlight for me is the new friendships formed and the wisdom everyone shared in our Community Circles sessions that continue to inspire and guide me along my journey of self-discovery and growth. I’m thankful for the opportunity to be part of such a nurturing community within the Vail Valley. I wholeheartedly endorse joining a Community Circles group—it has the potential to be a deeply impactful and empowering experience.”
