Based on the Community Leadership Academy course, leaders will understand the power of their personal story, define their core values, learn and gain insight on how they communicate and explore their understanding of trust and integrity. Leadership workshops provide opportunities for individuals to really dig into who they are, reflecting on their personal journey up to the present.
