Participating in this community circle had a profound impact on me. While much of the work is about turning inwards, reflecting, and identifying my strengths and growth areas, the real power comes from the opportunity to share in that process with others. Hailee expertly creates a container for us to be vulnerable, to be seen, to witness others, and to encourage one another to engage in the collective process of becoming who we are meant to be.
